This shot -from the inside of a roof mounted light scoop- demonstrates the added flexibility and options that panoramic photography can offer.
The original photograph was a 360º X 180º view of this room. The raw file was corrected and saved as a equirectangular image. From there, it was converted into a set of 6 cubic images, of which this shot was the top -or zenith- image. I simply used this image alone to provide the client with a view looking straight up into the light scoop.
